The Belstar vineyard is located on the outskirts of the historical region of Prosecco situated at 250 M elevation with access to the perfect amount of sunlight exposure. Grapes are grown on steep slopes and picked by hand. The grapes for Bisol’s Cuvée Rose are generally harvested in the second half of September, cold maceration on the skins and second fermentation takes place by means of the Charmat method of sparkling wine production to bring us this beautifully aromatic expression of Prosecco style wine. Taste: The perfect Rose with complexity brought from a blend of Pinot Noir, Glera and Sauvignon. It is a red fruit dominant wine showing tart and ripe strawberry, raspberry and red cherry. There is an underlying red rose petal florality with an underlying salty, crushed rock minerality. The length is long but finishes fresh with the nicely integrated bubbles and bright acidity.

This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best grapes Padeiro, Espadal and Vinhão and the perfect communion between technique and tradition. The grape crop is picked manually into small boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.
