Easy-going aromas of black cherry and bay leaf, balanced with hints of vanilla and plum that linger just long enough after the first sip. Smooth and dry, with midweight tannins. Pair this Merlot with braised meat or barbecue and any pasta dish. Merlot grapes for the 2022 vintage were proudly sourced from Lodi Rules Sustainable Green vineyards. Crop size was smaller in 2022 due to heat spikes early in the season, however, harvest was on time and the quality was outstanding.

Origin: California - Type: Cabernet Sauvignon

Complex nose brimming with brambly blackberry, rhubarb pie, plum, orange peel and marjoram. Secondary notes of savory, ripe red berry, and cigar box. Finishes long with bright notes of red fruits, framed up nicely with lingering plum and a hint of tobacco.

Bright youthful garnet color of medium intensity. Sweet ripe cherry and red plum aromas with a hint of minerality and spicy pipe tobacco. Aromas are medium+ intensity. Aromas repeat as flavors, with a spicy lingering finish.

Sourced from Mendoza's Primera Zona of Maipu and Lujan de Cuyo the Mendoza blend is meant to showcase the exceptional value and approachable profile of Malbec. The wine's soft, drinkable style is accompanied by light oak aging for additional complexity.

Aquamarine jumps from the glass with generous aromas of white grapefruit and peach are accented by fresh cut grass. Flavors of passion fruit, guava, and grapefruit enliven your palate. This is a classically styled bright and vibrant New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The prices of New Zealand Sauvignons have gone up a lot lately, so we were happy to discover this value. Enjoy it with Thai fishcakes, Dover sole, or a goat’s cheese salad.

Origin: Italy - Type: Rosé

The Belstar vineyard is located on the outskirts of the historical region of Prosecco situated at 250 M elevation with access to the perfect amount of sunlight exposure. Grapes are grown on steep slopes and picked by hand. The grapes for Bisol’s Cuvée Rose are generally harvested in the second half of September, cold maceration on the skins and second fermentation takes place by means of the Charmat method of sparkling wine production to bring us this beautifully aromatic expression of Prosecco style wine. Taste: The perfect Rose with complexity brought from a blend of Pinot Noir, Glera and Sauvignon. It is a red fruit dominant wine showing tart and ripe strawberry, raspberry and red cherry. There is an underlying red rose petal florality with an underlying salty, crushed rock minerality. The length is long but finishes fresh with the nicely integrated bubbles and bright acidity.

This gentle sparkler from the Veneto in Italy is created from gentle pneumatic pressing. A slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by a second fermentation in pressure tank lasting four weeks. On the palate, the wine has delicate apple and citrus fruit flavors combine with the gentle bubbles for a refreshing, aromatic, easy drinking fizz.

This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best grapes Padeiro, Espadal and Vinhão and the perfect communion between technique and tradition. The grape crop is picked manually into small boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.
